Needle and Pin Caps

Needle caps are the stitching notion you didn't know you needed! Use them to "park" your needle in your fabric when you take a break from stitching. The cap keeps the needle from slipping out, and also keeps it from poking you when you reach for your project again. They're perfect for use at home and while traveling.

You can also put the cap on the eye of the needle to keep it from being swallowed up by your pincushion when not in use.

The caps are available in two sizes to fit various types of needles. 

Thin size

• Three pin caps per package (metal colored)
• Fits needles 0.51mm ~ 0.64mm in diameter
• Recommended for quilting, thinner tapestry (#24 and above), thinner embroidery (#7 and up), and applique needles

Thick size

• Two pin caps per package (one red, one yellow)
• Fits needles 0.60mm ~ 0.85mm in diameter
• Recommended for sashiko, kogin, thicker tapestry (#24 and below), thicker embroidery (#7 and below), and chenille needles
