Stitch your way through the months with this cross stitch pattern by Hands on Design. A follow up to their popular A Year in Celebrations, Season 2 offers a whole new set of monthly designs that you can stitch either individually or as a combined piece.
The pattern is available as a printed hardcopy chart. We also offer a DMC thread pack for the pattern. If you wish to stitch and finish the months individually, you will need a 9" x 9" piece of fabric for each (you can purchase a larger piece and then divide it).
