Sashiko is a traditional form of Japanese embroidery that uses a basic running stitch to create a pattern. This kit, featuring quilting-inspired motifs, comes with everything you need, so you can get stitching right away!

The design is pre-printed on an unbleached cotton panel. The kit comes with a premium Tulip sashiko needle and several colors of thread. English instructions are also included. 

At just over 13 inches square, the cloth can be used as a dishcloth, finished as a pillow or tote, or combined with other panels as part of a larger project.
