Stitch cross stitch onto almost anything with this 14-count water soluble guide. The clear, flexible sheet gives you a crisp grid of holes to follow on surfaces that don't have one, like denim, tote bags, t-shirts and household linens.

Baste the guide onto your fabric with large tacking stitches, then stitch your design through both layers. When you're done, soak the piece in a bowl of warm water. The guide dissolves completely, leaving just your stitches on the fabric. It also works for other counted embroidery techniques.

14 count means 14 stitches per inch (about 5.5 stitches per cm). Higher counts make smaller stitches and a finer finish.
